I’m passionate about supporting youth and their families in a collaborative and hopeful space.

In my six years working in youth mental health, I’ve assisted youth who are navigating social or generalized anxiety, depression, grief/loss, family changes such as separation or divorce, managing overwhelming emotions, and many other challenges. In my practice, I strive to provide a warm and engaging therapeutic space for youth to show up as their authentic selves, while incorporating evidence-based therapies individualized to their unique strengths, needs and interests. I also welcome family participation in therapy sessions. Currently I’m available for via telehealth or in person sessions at our oceanside office in Pacifica.
